1. What is your working hour?

We work from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday except holidays. We are from GMT +6.0 time zone.


2. How long do you take to solve problems?

Actually it depends on your problem complexity and our working load. However, it varies from 4 hours to 3 days roughly. we know how important your Website or Blog is to you and we want it running smoothly as early as possible.


3. What payment method do you accept?

We accept Paypal and major Credit Cards using 2Checkout platform at this time.


4. Do I have to pay first before I get support?

Yes. We require payment first because this secures instant support on your issue and makes sure our developer will work until they resolve it.


5. What is your charges?

We take only $27 for fixing every single issue. However, negation is also acceptable for bulk fixes.


6. What information do you need to help with my issue?

Of course we need some information about your site. At the very least, we will need an administrative login to your WordPress site. We need a login so we can take closer look under the hood and get your issue resolved quickly. In some cases but not all, your assigned agent may need other information including host, control panel or FTP details to properly work on your site.


7. What will happen if you cannot solve my problem?

8. When will you refund my money?

We will refund your money within 15 working days.


9. How can I trust you will do as you say?

We understand giving access to your website can be a little scary but we are in the business of fixing not destroying. We have honesty and it is our big capital. We believe business is not for one day rather for decades.


10. What kind of sites do you fix?

We fix any kind of halal site which is approved in Islamic Sharia law. We never support for haram sites and those sites which are harmful for human being.

12. Is there anything that costs more than $27?

There is no extra charges if not we have to do extra work as you commit (in single issue).


13. Do you only support WordPress issues?

Yes, at this time, we do only support WordPress issues as we are skilled about it. We are also very familiar with WordPress hosting setup and server requirements for WordPress.


14. Why you take less charges than other parties?

You are right. Actually it is our business policy. We always try to keep our charges within you reach.


15. What are your blacklisted niches?

Good question! We NEVER work on any sites/pages/items which is fully or even partially related to music, dance, video that contains women, alcoholic beverages product, tobacco industry, pork and pork products, dog related things, gambling, prostitution or sexual, drug promoting, interest, weapon business, bank or insurance, stock market and others which is forbidden in Islamic Sharia.
